The Best Carne Asada Around

In a large tuperware with lid add..
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup water
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp white pepper
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cumin
1tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregeno
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 orange sliced
1 cup of cilantro
1 small onion diced up
slice either flank or skirt steak up and let marinade in mixture for at least a hour(the longer the better)
Cook in a skillet on med heat(I prefer using a cast iron skillet so i can cook it on the grill as well)
I also pour some of the marinade in the skillet so it keeps the flavor better.you can also add jalapenos to the marinade if you prefer spicy.
I have also made this with chicken as well.This marinade has the best flavor i have ever tasted..My husband cant get enough of it.
